Appearance: His hair and eyes are black, and he has a pale complexion. Despite being a child of Hades, who happens to quite tall, Riku is physically small in stature(compared to Hades). He also has a few shorts bangs that reach a inch or two pass his eyebrows. The back of Riku's hair is quite a bit shorter than the front.

Clothing: Riku prefers to wear a single black leather hooded coat. It is plainly adorned with a silver zipper and seemingly pointless silver beaded pull strings for the hood that form a semi-circle in the middle. He wears hakama-esque black pants and either knee high silver trimmed sneakers and black leather gloves that were barely visble inside his bell-shaped sleeves.

Personality: Riku has a icy-calm personality, never letting what others say affect his beliefs and pride. He prides himself on being a son of Hades, and a demigod. He believes that powerful young demigods, like himself, should always be treated with respect. He sometimes talks to himself or wild animals when bored or has nothing else to do. Though friendship is the key to obtain trust and respect from him. He possesses incredible self-control of his emotions. Unlike some demigods, he conducts his tasks in a veil of secrecy, suggesting a darker sort of personality. Riku apparently also holds a fondness for literature and reading, and the fact he is usually seen reading a book. Riku to some appears to be emotionally distant and anti-social, but this is not completely true. He has an undying sense of duty to the Olympians, and Hades, which is certainly not untrue as he goes to almost any length to ensure the success of his missions. At times, he can also be humorous and jest with others when the moment shows itself. He usually doesn't fight his opponents outright at the start of battle, but uses schemes to bring them down. He tends to only be surprised when opponents proved more powerful or skilled than he had expected, and even complimenting his opponents at times on their abilities. Riku is very intelligent, exceedingly sharp and observant to any situation at hand, as he was rarely surprised or caught off guard. When in battle, he tends to show mercy and will only kill if necessary.

Ability Summary:

Shadow Teleportation: Riku engulfs himself in his own shadow and uses the surrounding darkness to travel a maximum of 100 miles in a matter of minutes. However, he is limited to use it no more than twice a day, as it makes him tired and weak. Some of the effects can be avoided, as it works best at night.

Skeleton Warriors(Summoning): Being a son of Hades, Riku is able to summon skeleton warriors to fight for him. He can summon max. of 20 at a time, but is limited to using it no more than three times. Each warriors carries a sword and shield, or sometimes even a crossbow. They are somewhat hard to destroy, but Celestial Bronze works best.

Shivering Touch: Unlike his father's Death Touch, Riku's touch only causes a shiver to run up your spine and send a weak paralysis to your body. It takes affect immediately, and only lasts for about 10-15 seconds. This ability is only activated when Riku is willing to make his targets shiver.

~History/RP Sample~

History/Background Story: All Riku knew, was the since he was a child, he had been hearing a weird voice in his head every few months. The deep voice once said: "You have clue who I am……do you?" It was some time before he learned to drown out the voice at times, but continued to have weird dreams, ones that always included a giant shadowed person looming over him. Riku had an odd, but mysterious childhood. He knows nothing of his mother, and his father was unknown. At the age of 12, he later met one of the Fates, being disguised as a middle-aged woman, led Riku to the Underworld. From there Riku learned his father was Hades, the Olympians, and everything from that point. Everything except his past.
