(Ok, so I'm basing this off an UTAU named Ritsu Namine. Originally his bewbs were actually missiles but I don't think half bloods have missile bewbs unless they are the children of Hephaestus or something... so pretend he's flat chested. And, underneath his skirt he wears pants.)

Ok, so he doesn't exactly wear just a skirt... he has shorts underneath. And, dismiss the bewbs and think of him with a flat chest.

Personality:
Namine is rather quiet, shy around large groups and preferring to stay away from large crowds, reading a book or singing. Unlike his siblings, Namine is a crossdresser, though looking exactly like a girl would. Because of this Namine is used to being made fun of in his mortal school years and regarded as weird, a result of that now being timid and quiet around others and not outgoing at all. If people call him a girl, he won't correct them... he doesn't want others to see him as weird anymore. Ever since he came to the castle after finding out he is the son of Apollo, Namine seemed to open up a little bit... but barely. He only opens up to his close friends or his father, who accepts him as who he is. Namine is very kind towards others, with an understanding with people who are judged or treating meanly by others.
But, he is also very insecure - he rarely opens up to anyone, and when he does, it doesn't last long. Because of this he is easily manipulated if someone knows what buttons to press. He is constantly doing stunts, usually involving with him being hurt, to be finally seen by a person that he likes. By like, I mean friendship and romantic wise.
Namine differs from his siblings by not caring much for his appearance and not caring much for make-up, rarely being seen wearing it. Another trait differing from his siblings is that he is much less outgoing than him - other than that, he is pretty close to them personality wise.
In fighting he uses his own fighting technique that he recieved as a present from his father; a multi-coloured transparent disk that appears around his waist, constantly changing colours and generating music.
Like I was saying, it was a gift from his father when he arrived at camp with one condition: he had to use it constantly, and never abuse it to pull pranks on other people.
The disk works like this: it releases a frequency of sound waves, which Namine can manipulate. It could be high enough to deafen her opponent and play with their emotions, or be a musical instrument for singing along to. The disk also has a gift of manipulating its targets emotions, to make them happy or suicidal. Depending on the sound frequency this attribute is more powerful, or vice versa.
For his fighting personality, it's pretty ruthless - he won't fight a battle unless he has to, and when he does, he shows no mercy. He is very skilled in martial arts, and has a wide knowledge of vital points.

  Musical Disk: Level one
  This allows Namine to manipulate sound waves, to deafen someone or play a beautiful melody. Unfortunately, he cannot use this alone - he has to use his 'disk' (see in the pictures of his appearance) to generate the sound waves or manipulate them through it. The disk works like this: it releases a frequency of sound waves, which Namine can manipulate. It could be high enough to deafen her opponent and play with their emotions, or be a musical instrument for singing along to. The disk also has a gift of manipulating its targets emotions, to make them happy or suicidal. Depending on the sound frequency this attribute is more powerful, or vice versa. This is an ability he had from birth, so he is the only one other than his father that can use the disk.

• Musical Shuriken(Level One): These are actual shuriken imbued with sound, sized like the Demon Wind Shuriken off of Naruto. Though, Namine doesn't lug them around everywhere - they are enchanted to only appear when he wills it. These shuriken can be controlled with the disk he has, by sound waves that are inaudible to the human ear. These shuriken are actually very sharp, and can cut through things easily - but, their effect is deadly. When they come in contact with a target, sound explodes from within it, not harming the shuriken but harming the person. If Namine is watching close enough, he can use this sound explosion to manipulate the targets' emotions - because it would be so close to the target, it would be at least five times more effective than his usual musical disk. The explosion can also deafen the opponent, making their balance and direction very off. By off, I mean you will be insanely clumsy if hit.
  Unfortunately, if Namine hits the shuriken, he will also be affected.
  How he manipulates this is manipulating the sound already inside of the shuriken with his disk. The sound cannot escape unless coming in contact with something alive (that includes trees, animals though not plants).

  Illusion:
  This also requires his disk, at level two. This allows Namine to create an illusion using his disk, that can have whatever he wants inside of it. Usually he prefers making the opponent afraid or suicidal - or, simply make them think that they are in a beautiful forest. When the opponent is inside of this illusion, the opponent cannot see or hear anything that Namine doesn't want him/her to hear or see. But, Namine has to constantly be using the disk - how he uses it is like a piano that can move around his waist - if he removes his hands the illusion will break or become flawed. Because of this fact Namine only uses this for showing someone something that he can't explain, or when he has a partner that can attack the opponent while Namine is manipulating the illusion.

  This also requires Namine's disk, at level three - this level is the most hard, and risky for Namine. It's a healing level, that is signified by his disk changing to different shades of green. In this he can heal virtually anything (except for death) but depending on how bad the wound is, it'll exhaust him. Say, if he were impaled, he could heal that, but he would lose a small portion of his energy.
  He can only use this five times in a post, and at the end he will pass out.

~History/RP Sample~

Namine was your basic unconfident child at his early years - children thought of him as weird for how he dresses, and constantly picked on him verbally with calling him gay, tranny, etc. Though, at the beginning that didn't stop him - he was always trying to act normal, and even tried dressing as a regular guy. Unfortunately, he still looked like a female.
At age six, he gave up on the idea of acting 'normal' and resigned to staying a loner, rarely opening up to anyone. When he did, it was very brief, and rare.
Though, he wasn't too lonely - he filled his time with drawing and other forms of art, including music and writing. These took up the majority of his attention span, and soon it became a habit to tap his desk at school or read instead of doing his work.
